Hello there, everyone! This announcement won't be too long in comparison to the many Stunky-style essays you've seen as there's not as much to announce, however that doesn't change the importance of what is being announced - the managers for Season 8 of the Wiimmfi League! Today we asked WL Staff to put their names forwards if they wanted to be a member of the manager team, and we set a deadline of 7:30pm EDT for them. After that deadline had passed, we looked to the list of candidates and voted as a team who was the best candidate for the role. The following are the results of the discussion. I'll start by saying that in light of recent improvements in the RA team, along with all the support the RA team had for me (and probably Simba), I have been re-elected for the role of Registration Admin Manager. We had no manager for the Division Admins last season due to Vincent dropping from the role within a short time period, however this time around we have @Savannah as the main manager, and @King as the assistant for her. We decided that it may not be fair to put a role such as manager directly on to Sabby, hence the requirement of an assistant, which is how King was elected. The Data Clerks are a new team for the WL Staff to consider and as the one who initially put the idea forward, @~KayDee~ ✿⌒‿⁓ was handed the manager role for them. The Regular Track Council lacked a manager once Veil departed, and in the sight of experience chose @Killua as the ideal candidate to replace Veil. The Custom Track Council also lacked a manager thanks to KD moving to Data Clerks, so @Adagio has been elected for this role following a strong demonstration of leadership. Last season the GFX team was pretty much a one-man band until the end where Sabby and I stepped in to help with banners, but we decided that with the rebrand we would try to push for much more media output, therefore with the requirement of more graphics we needed a manager here. @Rush has been elected to take up the role. We will be keeping Ace as the community/PR manager, at least for the time being, as no other candidates stepped up to the role and we believe he will do a good job again so long as he remains active.
